Refund policy

  • We take pride in shipping only high-quality seedlings. Some stress and wilting can occur during shipping which is normal. It’s important to place your seedlings in your Tower Garden, Aeroponic or Hydroponic system ASAP. There they will have the opportunity to improve quickly.

  • Your Responsibility: Please open the box immediately after delivery and follow the enclosed care instructions. If seedlings do not arrive in a healthy condition, please notify us via email, with photos, within 2 calendar days of delivery. We must be notified within the first 2 days to help you troubleshoot any issues or concerns. We cannot be held responsible for damaged plants that we are not notified about, but our goal is to always have happy customers growing incredible nutrient-dense produce.

  • Replacement/Refund Policy: If you notify us within 2 calendar days of delivery, we will replace or refund unhealthy or damaged seedlings. For 4 seedlings or less, we will issue a refund for the price of the seedling. For 5 or more seedlings, we will ship replacements at no charge to you or issue a refund for the price of the seedlings.
